BBC Interviews August 2026.

One Thursday afternoon, I was checking my email and to my absolute surprise I received a message from BBC World News. I instantly thought this might be a scam, as you do. I replied however and from then on, this was the result. I went live on Thursday evening with BBC World News talking about my passion for the bikes and the recent news of Raleigh’s insolvency. After that, I spoke on BBC Nottinghamshire Breakfast Show with Sparky, BBC Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire Radio! It all felt a little bit unreal. I even did a short video about the bike I had with me at the time (Raleigh Super Tuff Burner) which can be found on BBC Nottinghamshire’s Instagram and Facebook page. Below are some highlights of my week of fame!
