Wimbledon Southside Car Meet. June 2024

Here is the June edition of Southside. An absolutely beautiful morning weather wise, filled with a truck load of stunning classic cars. This month, I was on my beloved Golden Yellow Raleigh Chopper Mk1. It did shine so well in the sun and my friend Paolo took some phenomenal photos of it which are shown at the end. I have these on print on my wall, where this bike sits to constantly remind myself of what a great time it was! You cannot not mention the Pistachio Green Lamborghini Miura P400. Such a rare car to see on the road and the owner of this one, only lives a stone throw away. He also owns a ‘Periscopio’ Countach which was first owned and commissioned for the Sultan of Brunei. I was also a huge fan of the Fiat Dino Coupe in TDF colour scheme and the spectacular Maserati 3500GT.
